Tomato Sauce

A classic base for any soup, or stew. Add some fresh protein and chili flakes to this sauce and toss it in fresh pasta with grated pecorino cheese.

We hand-make this product here in our kitchen from ingredients we harvest from our garden and from local farmers, fishermen, and butchers around Nova Scotia.
